This form is for returning team captains only to re-register their team for Season 2.
If your team played in Season 1, 2026, you do not need to create a new account. Simply complete this form and your team, including all existing members, will automatically be registered for the new season.
If you have new players joining, please share the original team code you received when you first signed up this year.
