Monday Men's Futsal

Played under the Monday Night Lights of the La Trobe Sports Stadium, La Trobe League Men's Futsal - Presented by The Sporting Globe Northland is played over multiple divisions, and caters towards any skill level. 

All matches are live streamed through state-of-the-art ball tracking cameras - you'll never miss a beat of La Trobe League action even if you're not playing! If you're brave enough, celebrate towards the camera after scoring a worldie.

📅 Season 2 2026 Details (July - December) 

  • Registrations Open: Monday 1 June, 2026
  • First match: Monday 27 July, 2026
  • Rounds: 16 rounds + 2 finals
  • Match Fee (weekly): $80
  • Registration Fee: $99 (not including discounts available)
  • Football Vic Insurance: $50 for year per player
  • The Sporting Globe Prizes: $20 MVP voucher each night & every finals match up for grabs, $250 voucher for each winning team!


💳 Competition Costs & Payments 

  • Payment timing: Payment links are sent in the week the competition begins (once fixtures are released).
  • Registration: $99 per team, discounts available for early bird, residential students, LTU students, and LTU staff.
  • Match fees: Weekly online $80 per match (2.6% + $1.33 transaction fee applies) OR Upfront in-person: $1,200 for the season + $99 registration (no transaction fees)
  • Individuals (allocated into a team): $240 for the season, covering both registration and match fees

⚽ Football Victoria (Play Football) Registration

All players must register via Play Football (Football Victoria) as a senior futsal player for La Trobe League, which costs $50 for 2026. Players will be emailed these details when they have signed up.
